Processing Time: All orders will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time: We offer 2-4 days delivery for second class delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and availability of our courier service (Royal Mail.) Next day delivery is also available for orders placed before 12:00 at an additional cost.

Delivery Service: All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail or any other third-party courier service.

Undelivered Orders: In the event that an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, or if the package is not collected from the post office or courier within the specified time frame, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.
